Squat Thrust- Beginner- Use no weights just calisthenics Advanced- Squat about 1/4 of your total body weight. Another great exercise is what i like to call power jumping . To preform a power jump you must stand in place feet shoulder wight apart, & explode into the air lift your legs up driving your knees into your chest. Complete 25-30 jumps a day. This will hurt but you know what they say no pain no gain.
